Crush Festival is a Bundaberg Regional Council event, produced by the Creative Regions team with the enormous support of the regions diverse arts and cultural community and organisations.

Shelly PisaniShelley is one of the founding Directors of Creative Regions with over 20 years of arts industry experience as a community cultural development worker, producer, consultant and visual artist.  Shelley has helped to form the Crush Festival since its inception in 2009 and is committed to producing a Curated Program of new events that demonstrates the capacity that regions have for delivering fantastic projects.
Ainsley GatleyAinsley has been part of the Crush team since 2010 in various roles and in 2014 took on the Coordinator position.  Her wealth of knowledge in managing events and Ainsley’s more recent experience in managing the Afloat Creative Recovery Project for
Creative Regions, brings professional capacity and community knowledge to the Crush Festival team.
WendyWendy has been involved with Crush since 2013 and took on the role of Volunteer Coordination in 2014.  Wendy is the glue of the team ensuring that all the pieces fit together in collaboration with a great team of Volunteer Ambassadors.
Sasha1Sasha is the newest member of the team, participating in her first Crush Festival in 2016.  Sasha will be coordinating several key projects, taking advantage of her skill areas and experience in writing and storytelling.
Rebecca
Rebecca has a true passion for the arts and ensuring that all children have access to creative experiences.  She has been the driving force behind Kid’s Crush Day since it began in 2010.
DavidDavid has  been developing short films that capture the essence of the Crush Festival since 2013.  Keep an eye out for him at Crush Events and check out the results of his work on our Crush Festival Vimeo Channel.
PB.jpgPaul Beutel is one of Bundaberg’s most well-respected photographers.  Each year he captures images that show how much fun the Bundaberg Region and its visitors have in creating, experiencing and participating in the Crush Festival.  Paul’s photographs can be seen on our Crush Festival Flickr Page.
Selina Ferrais has been the force behind the Crush Festival rebrand in 2013 and continues to provide creative input into the festivals program and marketing materials.

It goes without saying, Crush Festival wouldn’t happen without the support of many volunteers along the way and especially during the month of October.
